Landscrapers

This is something a little different...

As a side note, I came up with this idea while I was out driving. I had my camera with me, but not much else. And since I was a good half-hour from my house, I had to use what random things I found in my trunk to make a really bizarre set-up.

Now if only there was a way to patent that...

Hahaha, I love that we see the process as well as the product. Genius

The "side-note" contextualization is fascinating. The video is a great example of a traditional road-scroller (I was waiting for someone to do one of these) as well as strong political statement. Good work Matthew. Bye.

i really loved what you were doing here. i can't tell you how many of my favorite open fields to drive by have been converted into what you superimposed. however, the music really took me out of it for personal reasons. damn you, ben gibbard!

MCGODDAMNGUYVER that's way cool how you improvised your setup. A nice, meditative statement on development, and also kind of a trippy CHECK OUT THESE HUGE BUILDINGS SCRAPING ACROSS THE ERF! effect.

I was, yeah, impressed with how still the image was. And the images looked so eerily normal on the landscape that it was really effective. Nice.
